No informal Parties are permitted
to be held in the Cafe area.
Refusal of entry or removal from the centre may offend.
We are often running close to capacity with our occupancy and are unable to
accommodate groups who want to take up large areas in the cafe area.
This is also unfair to fellow patrons.
We offer competitively priced party packages that allow you to have a reserved area for 2 hours to ensure the space, time and date for your child's party is secured.

Party Rooms are allocated on the basis of numbers and while you may request a particular room,
no guarantees can be made
** We do NOT charge for adults attending party
*** With exception of the Birthday Cake, NO SELF CATERING is allowed for parties.
Party Room Theming $50
Our Party Rooms are neutral in colour so you can tailor your Child's party to his/her current interests.
We can theme your party room into a huge variety of themes, like Princess, Pirate, Underwater, Super Hero, Zoo Animals etc.
Please contact our staff if you have a special theme in mind and we'll see what we can put together.
Party Room theming includes plates, cups, table covers, banners, balloons and other items where available. We have a combined 30 years of experience in throwing themed children's parties.

* We can cater for limited special diets. If your child has special dietary needs please call and speak to our Cafe Manager
and we will do our best to cater to your needs.
** We can recommend some wonderful local cake decorators if you are looking for a real show-stopper Birthday Cake.
*** If you are planning to BYO Cake or Cupcakes, we are happy to store them in our fridges until party time,
BUT due to Health & Safety regulations they MUST be contained in a sealed container or box.
A $50 Deposit is required at least 7 days prior the day of the party. Final payment is to be made on the day of the party.
If Deposit is not paid, party will be cancelled after 3 attempts to contact you, and party spot will be given to next person on list.
Cancellation policy: We understand that things happen sometimes and we will do our best to move the party to a new time slot. We can't guarantee that a suitable alternative time slot will be available. If we are unable to find a new time slot within 2 weeks of the original booking, all monies paid less the $50 deposit will be refunded.
